Our Story

Who are we?

Se Puede PDX is a COBID-certified boutique consulting firm dedicated to advancing justice with our partners. Founded by Andrés Oswill (he/they), Se Puede PDX is committed to working as an accomplice with individuals and organizations working to transform the systems that have oppressed communities and created inequities for our people.

Inspired by the organizers and changemakers who came before us, Se Puede PDX is named after the United Farm Workers rallying cry “¡Sí, se puede!” Recognizing the difficult and grueling nature of this work, Se Puede PDX is also a reminder that this work is possible, and we are here as a committed co-conspirator in the struggle towards justice.

What do we do?

Our services range from strategic planning, program, and policy design; to coaching and training. Andrés’ experience spans government, non-profit, and executive leadership. They bring their experience with executive leadership, governing boards, and movers and shakers to every aspect of our work. Se Puede PDX sees ourselves as a part of much larger ecosystem of people working to create the change our communities need. This means being aware of when we are the right partner on a project, seeing our successes as being interconnected with our accomplices, and being committed to cultivating future generations of leaders.

Some tangible ways we manifest these value are:
